David Saul is a founding member of the Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA) and is an accredited SMSF Specialist Advisor for super audits and SMSF audits.

David Saul has built his expertise as a practicing accountant over nearly two decades. He is committed to delivering the best outcomes for clients and maximising financial results by putting in place effective structures and sound strategies.

David has established Saul CA to deliver commercially astute advice to clients to optimise your business profitability, minimise your tax liabilities and reduce your financial risks. Saul CA provides a wide range of accounting, taxation and business services with the right balance of commerciality and risk minimisation.

Before he established Saul CA, David held roles with leading accounting firms Bentleys MRI and HLB Mann Judd.

David is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England, Armidale NSW.

David is also a long-standing member of the Self-Managed Super Fund Association of Australia Limited (SPAA), the peak body for SMSF professionals, and was one of the first in Australia to achieve the SMSF Specialist Advisor™ accreditation from SPAA.

David Saul is the founder of Saul SMSF. He has almost two decades of experience as an SMSF auditor, advisor and administrator. 

David has a reputation in the industry as a trusted SMSF auditor. He also is respected as an expert strategic advisor on the analysis, interpretation, strategy, operation and execution of SMSFs. 

David established the firm in response to increased government scrutiny of SMSF compliance and the increasing need for independence within the SMSF market. He leads a team of five specialist auditors.
